You may withdraw your GBP funds from your Wallet by contacting Colu’s customer support by email at cs@colu.com.
In your email, please state the amount you wish to withdraw. This must not exceed the amount in your GBP balance when submitting your request. Please note that you will not be able to withdraw any unused bonuses that you received from us, such as the registration bonus.
Please note that a fee of £2.25 plus 2% of the amount requested to withdraw may apply, unless it is part of the process to terminate an account, where the withdrawal request was made prior to account termination. Also in some cases, further identity verification and checks may be required by Colu to processes your request.
