Currently, in cooperation with the Belfast City Council, Colu is looking to revise our Belfast city-rewards pilot and to re-introduce a new Belfast city-rewards offering in 2020. Whilst we iron out the details of our new rewards plan, we need to end our current engagement with users and merchants on the platform.
Therefore, Since February 23, 2020, Colu is no longer providing E-Money services and will be releasing its E-Money Licence which Colu will no longer require going forward. It is important to note, that as a result of releasing its E-Money Licence, Colu will cease to be an entity that is authorized, regulated or supervised by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission.
